On Friday afternoon I attended your Casino Store and purchased a new 4g modem. Unfortunately the device did no work and I returned same on Saturday morning.
For reason I fail to understand my internet connections failed and I was left without service for a period of 48 hrs, this despite 10 calls to Call centres, during these calls I was told everything but how to fix it from staff at these centres.
I attended your Casino store again this morning at 0900hrs and was met by the young lady who had originally served me on Friday. I explained my situation and a young lady made a phone call, 20 mins later my service was reinstated.
I would like to pass on my thanks to "Sarah" at your Casino store. She was polite, professional and extremely helpful. A staff member who truly is an asset to your company.

I am writing to let you know of a great experience one of our customers recently had at your store.
Our customer (John) was travelling through Yamba and experienced difficulties with a mobile number transfer (arising from his account being cancelled). He needed to retain his mobile number which he had held since 1988.
Alli Cross was the consultant that provided John assistance, and in John’s words “did a masterful job of fixing the whole thing” (plus, helped to clean up other account details which were incorrect). John advised that Alli knew the Telstra Systems like the “back of her hand and that she was technically right on the ball”. He even went as far as saying it was the best Telstra experience he had ever had.
Alli obviously thought about the issues from John’s perspective, and worked through what he really needed to have a great Telstra experience.
